Smashwords and Library distribution

Very happy to hear Smashwords is breaking new ground with the addition of a library channel. I love libraries from the earliest times, reading in the library, taking home a stash of books to be read that week and then going back for more. All kinds of books in the beginning, then I moved on to romances which I actually began writing at about the age of 13 or so.

So they are offering a new way for indie authors to get their books out and I am only too pleased to jump on the bandwagon. I will have Echoes from the Past free to libraries while the 3 other books in the series will be $.99 for now. We shall see how this all pans out. Very exciting news and kudos to Smashwords for broadening the horizons for indie authors once again.

  1. That’s a great idea! So now libraries will be able to add you to their catalogue! Talk about great publicity!
